Die Braziliaanse President Jair Bolsonaro het hom by die 140,000 jong mense aangesluit wat “The Send 2020” in Brasilia, Brasilië, bygewoon het.

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro joined the 140,000 young people who attended The Send 2020 in Brasilia, Brazil.
The president was not formally invited the event, but he wanted to show up because “he wanted to be there for the historic event,” Fox News reported.
The crowd of thousands applauded as Bolsonaro took the stage and asked for prayer. President Bolsonaro in a bold move also declared that he believes in Jesus and that Brazil belongs to God! You can watch this history making moment in the video below.
The mass event was spread out over 3 stadiums to accommodate all the people: Brasilia Nacional Stadium, Morumbi Stadium and Allianz Parque Stadium in the city of Sao Paulo. An additional 1.7 million watched the event through livestream online.
The coordinators of the event included Youth With a Mission’s Andy Byrd, Todd White with Lifestyle Christianity, Circuit Rider’s Brian Brennt, Michael Koulianos of Jesus Image, intercessor Lou Engle, Daniel Kolenda of Christ for All Nations and the Dunamis Movement’s Teo Hayashi.
“The outpouring of healing, miracles, signs and wonders was mind-blowing, the display of God’s power in all three stadiums,” Byrd said. “This whole event was about the exultation of Jesus and the empowerment of the 24-year-old youths, equipping the next generation to change the world.”
Last year, The Send drew around 60,000 attendees in Orlando, Florida, with another 250,000 watching online in the event held in the United State of America. The goal of the event was to declare “war on inaction” (of Christians) and catalyze Christians from all over to go all out and share the Gospel, according to The Send’s website.
Carolina Martins, 22, said it was an “incredible atmosphere” surrounded by thousands of people there to say “yes for the manifestation of the kingdom of God all over the world.”
The Send began after intercessor Lou Engle and his team felt the Lord was fulfilling the mission of The Call, an event that occurred annually for 18 years, and focused on equipping believers to intercede for revival.
