HY GLO IN JOU
…Ons is God se handewerk. Hy het ons in ons eenheidsband met Christus Jesus só gemaak dat ons die goeie werke wat Hy vir ons bestem het, kan uitlewe (Efesiërs 2:10).
As jy in ’n stelsel glo sal jy dit bou. So, as jy in mense glo sal jy hulle opbou en dit is wat Christus in ons doen. Hy glo in ons, daarom bou Hy ons op met sy Woord. Hy vertrou ons en glo in ons, want ons is sy Kerk; sy handewerk. Dit is wat ons hierbo gelees het.
Die wêreld glo dalk nie in jou nie, of verwag niks goeds van jou nie, maar God wel. Dit is waarom Hy jou geroep het om in hierdie heerlike verhouding met Hom te wees. Jou waarde vir Hom is Jesus Christus; jy is net so waardevol vir God soos Jesus is en dit is die prys wat Hy vir jou verlossing betaal het.
Weier om jouself te sien soos die wêreld jou sien. Al wat saak maak is wat jou Skepper van jou dink. Hy sien jou op jou beste, so leef jou beste lewe; wees die beste vir Hom! Hy het gesien wat jy sou word as Hy sy lewe vir jou sou gee, as Hy jou plek van sonde sou inneem en jou sy geregtigheid sou gee. Hy het gesien dat sy geregtigheid deur jou sou vermeerder en in mense se harte gevestig sou word.
Hebreërs 12:2 sê dat Hy die kruis verduur en dat die skande Hom nie afgeskrik het nie, oor die blydskap—die heerlikheid—wat op Hom gewag het. Jy is daardie blydskap, die heerlikheid wat Hy gesien het. Hy het geglo dat Hy, deur jou, sy doel sou bereik om van mense kinders van God te maak, hulle een met Hom te maak. Die Bybel sê dat jy sy nasaat is en dat jy sy dae verleng. Jy is sy droom bewaarheid. Hy glo volkome in jou. Halleluja!
GEBED
Liewe hemelse Vader, dankie vir my wonderlike lewe in Christus. Die wêreld kan u genade en skoonheid in my sien. Ek is gebore om u heerlikheid en geregtigheid op aarde te betoon. Deur my heers u Koninkryk en brei dit uit in mense se harte, in Jesus se Naam. Amen.

HE BELIEVES IN YOU
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:10).
If you have faith in a system, you’ll build it. Likewise, if you have faith in a people, you’ll build them; and that’s what Christ is doing with us. He has faith in us; so He builds us through His Word. He trusts us, and believes in us, because we’re His Church; His workmanship. That’s what we read in our opening verse.
The world may not believe in you or expect any good thing from you, but God does. That’s the reason He called you into this glorious fellowship with Himself. Your value to Him is Jesus Christ; you’re as valuable to God as Jesus is, and that’s the price He paid for your salvation.
Therefore, refuse to limit yourself to the world’s perception of you. What your creator thinks of you is all that matters. He sees you at your best; therefore, live your best; be the best of you for Him in your world! He saw what you would become if He gave His life in your place, if He took your place of sin and gave you His righteousness. He saw that through you, His righteousness would multiply and be established in the earth and in the hearts of men.
Hebrews 12:2 says because of the joy—the glory that was set before Him—the Lord Jesus endured the Cross, despising the shame. You’re that joy, the glory that He saw. He had faith that through you, His purpose to make men sons of God, bringing them into oneness with Himself, would be fulfilled. The Bible says you’re His seed, prolonging His days. You’re His dream come true. He absolutely believes in you. Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for my wonderful life in Christ. Your grace and beauty are evidently manifested in and through me to my world. I was born to manifest your glory and righteousness; through me, your Kingdom reigns and expands in the earth and in the hearts of men, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
